Looking to buy used machinery economically without taking unnecessary risks when it comes to technical reliability and operational readiness? RÜKO Select combines the cost advantages of young used machinery with clearly defined technical protection.
RÜKO Select is available as an optional add-on for selected machines and is offered exclusively to business customers. Eligible machines can be identified by the RÜKO Select logo.
With RÜKO Select, you get carefully selected young used construction machinery and equipment with documented condition, up-to-date service and inspection status, and a warranty covering all essential mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
What does RÜKO Select include?
- 6 months warranty or 500 operating hours, whichever comes first
- Comprehensive coverage: all essential mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components, including electronics, exhaust after-treatment systems, air conditioning, telematics, and electric drive systems
- Predictable costs: only € 1.000 net deductible per claim
- Ready for immediate use: The next scheduled service is not due for at least another 100 operating hours. Otherwise, we will carry it out before delivery
- Inspections up to date: UVV, TÜV, and all required inspections are valid for at least 6 months. Otherwise, we will renew them before delivery
- Fast support in the event of damage: directly through the RÜKO workshop and authorized service partners
How much does RÜKO Select cost?
The surcharge depends on the agreed country of delivery and is calculated based on the net purchase price:
- 2.0% for delivery to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, or France
- 2.5% for delivery to any other Member State of the European Union
- 3.0% for delivery to any other country
Prices are subject to statutory VAT, where applicable. RÜKO reserves the right to exclude individual countries from the RÜKO Select program due to legal restrictions or a lack of available service and spare parts support.
The warranty is tied to the customer and the agreed country of delivery and is not transferable to any subsequent buyer. Any permanent relocation of the machine to another country requires prior approval from RÜKO.
What is not covered?
The following are specifically excluded: tyres, tracks and undercarriage components, brake and clutch linings, filters, oils and operating fluids, hoses, belts, starter and low-voltage batteries, light bulbs, normal wear and tear, and cosmetic defects.
Also excluded are damage caused by improper operation, overloading, misuse, accidents, or failure to carry out required maintenance, as well as consequential damage, production downtime, and the costs of a replacement or rental machine.

How the warranty works:
- Report any damage within three calendar days of discovery werkstatt@rueko.de melden
- Please include the serial number, photos, a description of the damage, and the name and telephone number of a contact person
- Wait for RÜKO’s approval before carrying out any inspection, dismantling, or repair work
- RÜKO will carry out the repair itself or coordinate an authorized service provider
In the event of an approved warranty claim, authorized external labor is reimbursed at a maximum rate of €90 net per hour. Spare parts are supplied by RÜKO or must be approved in advance. Transportation to the workshop, customs duties, travel expenses, and other costs associated with the service are not covered. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for the diagnostic costs.
